Day 01 Delhi-Amritsar By Train Swarn Shatabdi Express (0720hrs/ 1340 hrs)-

Pick up from your Hotel and Drive to Railway Station to Board your Train for Amritsar.

Board Swarn Shatabdi Express at 07:20 Hrs from New Delhi Railway Station, tea and Breakfast on Board, Arrive Amritsar Railway Station at 1340 Hrs. Pickup from Railway station then transfer to the Hotel, Check-in the hotel. After relaxing In the evening visit Indo-Pak Wagah Border which is famous for its ‘Retreat’ ceremony at the time of sunset. Wagah Border is situated at a distance of 28 kilometers from Amritsar. This place to see the change of guards ceremony and the flag hoisting and lowering activities which are done with great skill and precision by the border security forces of both the countries, Wagah is the only land border open between Pakistan and India, Return to hotel.

Day 02 Amritsar Sightseeing and Shatabdi Train to Delhi

Early morning visit to Golden Temple – the famous Sikh Gurudwara, Akal Takht- Akal Takht is the primary seat of Sikh religious authority and central altar for Sikh political assembly.

Gurdwara Baba Atal Sahib is situated to the south of the Golden Temple, about 185 metres from Sarai Guru Ram Das. The nine-storey octagonal tower, standing 40 metres high, is the tallest building in Amritsar. Originally a amadhi, or cenotaph, enshrining the remains of Baba Atal Rai, a son of Guru Hargobind, the sixth Guru of the Sikhs, it was transformed, with the passage of time, into a gurdwara.

Later Visit Jallianwala Bagh- massacre (also known as the Amritsar massacre), took place in the Jallianwala Bagh public garden in the northern of Amritsar. On 13 April 1919 the shooting that took place was ordered by Brigadier-General Reginald E.H. Dyer.
